Kuka Policy

01. Arrival & Departure Times

Check-In: 15.00
Check-Out: 11.00

02. Reception

The entrance codes to the property will be sent to you after your reservation. prior to arrival. Upon arrival, however, there will be a representative at Kuka who will welcome you.
On specific days and times, with a weekly schedule, there will be a Kuka representative who will help you with any request you may have. However, if you wish, you can send us your requests by e-mail at [email protected] or call us at +30 210 9213994.

03. Apartment Cleaning Hours

The apartment cleaning ours are from 09.00 to 13.00.

04. Quiet Hours

Winter season (October 1st – March 31st): 15.00-17.30 & 22.00-07.30
Summer season (April 1st – September 30th): 15.30-17.30 & 23.00 – 07.00

05. Smoking/Vaping

Smoking as well as vaping are prohibited inside the property. Smoke detectors are installed in all areas.

06. Breakfast

Every morning we will offer you an energy bag, which will be in special packaging outside your apartment. If you do not wish to receive the energy bag, please fill out the relevant form and leave it at the reception area the night before.

07. Disabled

Kuka Luxury Suites has been declared as a preservable building by the Ministry of Culture. The architectural and construction treatment of the building was characterized by sensitivity and responsibility towards the history of the building as well as the cultural heritage of our city, faithfully following the instructions of the archaeological committee for its reconstruction. As a result, it was not possible to make changes to the exterior and interior space that would make it possible for customers with mobility problems to stay.

08. Pets

According to Law 1652 / 30-10-1986, Government Gazette 167 A ‘pets are prohibited inside the hotel. Due to the uniqueness of the building and its characterization as preserved by the Ministry of Culture, we were not given the opportunity to create special spaces for the hospitality of our little dear friends.
